Uniphore. have announced its agreement to acquire Jacada, a provider of contact centre automation software. Uniphore plans to integrate its conversational AI and automation solutions with Jacada’s software platform.

Subject to completing customary closing
conditions, the Jacada team, its intellectual property, and products will
