InMoment have appointed Eric Weight as VP solutions consulting to for Southeast Asia and Japan (APJ).
Weight has over 25 years of experience designing and deploying CX solutions at some of the largest B2B growth technology companies in the world. He was most recently head of consulting at NICE Satmetrix, based in the US, where he led the company’s global consulting teams responsible for driving the ROI and profitability of CX initiatives. He also has considerable experience leading consulting, services, product management and presales teams worldwide.
