Cyara partners with VIS Global to improve enterprise CX quality assurance across APAC

Cyara have announced a new partnership with VIS Global to help enterprises improve the quality of CX services across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. 

Catalysed by the pandemic, enterprises have accelerated their migration to cloud CX platforms and the transition to digital customer contact channels, which comes with increased risk and quality assurance costs.

The new alliance between Cyara and VIS Global in key markets such as Australia, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and India will reduce the associated costs of providing quality assurance and CX testing by 50 percent or more and lower the risk of defects fivefold. 

Arijit Sen, Director at VIS Global, said, “We’re truly excited about the impact our new partnership will deliver across the APAC region. Together, Cyara’s automated CX assurance platform and our industry leading delivery methodologies can help customers deliver CX changes 30 percent faster.”  

“VIS Global extends Cyara’s reach and delivery capability substantially within the APAC region. It gives customers in new markets access to Cyara’s platform, alongside expert services for change management, QA, automated testing and monitoring,” said Arun Kumar, Director for Channels and Alliances at Cyara. 

Kumar adds that Cyara’s APAC channel program experienced a landmark year in 2021 with more than 75 percent of the company’s new business being driven and transacted through partners. “Our partner community is an extremely important part of Cyara’s growth strategy. Following K1 Investment Management’s funding of almost AUD500 million earlier this month, we will be looking to further grow and strengthen our channel network across APAC. This highlights our commitment to the channel, assisting our partners in securing new customers and creating new revenue streams.”
