Accenture has appointed Lan Guan to the new role of Chief AI Officer. In her new capacity, she works with Accenture clients to create data and AI strategies. Lan possesses extensive experience in integrating AI into business operations, metamorphosing data into actionable insights, and spearheading initiatives. Additionally, Lan holds a seat on the Global Management Committee. Lan also assumes a leadership role in the Accenture Center for Advanced AI,
Over the next three years, Accenture is investing $US 3 billion in its Data & AI practice to assist clients in the adoption and utilisation of AI. Accenture CEO Julie Sweet recently, “Companies that build a strong foundation of AI by adopting and scaling it now, where the technology is mature and delivers clear value, will be better positioned to reinvent, compete and achieve new levels of performance,” she added.
