Verint has officially announced that the organisation formed through its recent transaction with Calabrio will move forward under a single corporate identity: Verint.
The rebranding follows a strategic period of integration during which teams from both entities aligned their product strategies and brand positioning. According to the company, the shift to a unified name reflects Verint’s focus on its “CX Automation” vision, aimed at providing a more consistent experience for its global customer base.
Strategic integration and brand vision
The move signals the completion of a structural transition between the two customer experience (CX) companies. Anna Convery, Chief Marketing Officer at Verint, noted that the single brand underscores a commitment to a unified business and platform. “Verint’s 30-year track record of innovation and scale, combined with Calabrio’s workforce engagement capabilities, positions us to deliver unmatched value,” Convery stated.
While the corporate entity will operate as Verint, the Calabrio product name will be retained within the Verint portfolio. The company confirmed that Calabrio solutions will continue to be supported and enhanced as a core component of the Verint CX Automation Platform.

The consolidation is expected to accelerate the development of AI-powered tools and workflow automation. By merging resources, Verint aims to leverage one of the industry’s largest datasets to drive advancements in machine learning and automated customer interactions.
